Full Infrastructure package comprising of adoptable Drainage, roads and footpaths both on and off-site with associated S278 works. this site lists with 127 newbuild foundations and all associated Groundworks.
EDGE LANE, LIVERPOOL
A total of 27 large Apartment blocks and semi-detached homes for student accommodation on Edge Lane, Liverpool. All complete groundworks package with Retaining walls, both private and adoptable drainage & full construction of roads and adoptable footways.
NORTH HUYTON PHASE 4, LIVERPOOL
Large bulk Earthworks with the requirement to undertake large borrow pits of over 15,000m3 to invert the site enabling the reuse of clean natural materials as a blanket clean capping system across the site, mitigating the requirement for import and export reducing our impact on the wider environment. Remediation site wide to remove, treat and reuse materials impacted by hydrocarbons in soils. The full complete Groundworks and Roads and Sewers for a total of 303 new build homes, both for the private and social housing market.
